The Mirage family brings together three sources of inspiration dear to its designer, Pierre Gonalons: the natural material symbolized by the wooden log, the history of furniture that recalls the spacer, and finally the poetry emanating from these two pieces that play on illusion and lightness. The range of Washi lacquers, exclusive to Philippe Hurel, has been enriched with 3 new seasonal,shades inspired by nature: Craie, Galet and Celadon. The colors are skilfully combined and the lacquers are layered one after the other, creating a brushed and squared pattern in the image of the most delicate Japanese papers. A subtle play on tones and techniques that creates the sensation of a surface in relief, animated by light vibrations, and adds beauty to the furniture
